<br />APRIL 15, 1999 <br />BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />ALTERNATIVE #1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 99- b ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET, CAPITAL BUDGET AND <br />ENTERPRISE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />OCTOBER 1, 1998 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1999; <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE 98-49 AUTHORIZING <br />EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br />BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on or about October 5, 1998, the City Commission adopted an amendment <br />to the general fund operating and capital budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed and analyzed that budget and proposed <br />amendments reflecting budget changes; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
