<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99- 't't <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A <br />REVISED FEE SCHEDULE FOR ZONING HEARINGS AND <br />CERTIFICATES OF USE AND OCCUPANCY ATTACHED AS <br />EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon its incorporation, the City of Sunny Isles Beach adopted the fee schedule <br />in effect at the time of incorporation for building and permit and zoning fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that fee schedule has now been revised by Miami-Dade County and staff <br />recommends the adoption of the new changes for the City by ordinance; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Adoption of Fee Schedule Attached as Exhibit "A". The revised Building, Planning & <br />Zoning fee schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", shall hereby become effective for the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />2. Effective Date.
