<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000- '10 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A <br />REVISED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE BUILDING <br />DEPARTMENT, ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT" A-; PROVIDING <br />FOR ANNUAL REVIEW OF BIDLDING DEPARTMENT FEE <br />SCHEDULE BY CITY MANAGER; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Section 8.3 of the Charter of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the City adopted <br />the Miami-Dade County building fee schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now commissioned and obtained a full cost allocation plan and <br />report that analyzes actual financial and statistical data on the costs of operating the Building <br />Department, from which the revised fee schedule are substantially derived. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Adoption of Revised Fee Schedule. The revised building fee schedule, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authority of City Manager. The City Manager and/or his designee are hereby directed <br />to annually review the Building Department fee schedule to determine if an adjustment to the fee <br />schedule should be recommended to the City Commission. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
