(A) Any person applying for or obtaining a Certificate of Use shall be subject to an annual inspection of the place of business. Said inspection shall be reasonable and scheduled at the convenience of the applicant or certificate holder and the enforcement officer. (B) For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this code officials, inspectors, and enforcement officers shall have the right of inspection provided that said inspection shall be reasonable and scheduled at the convenience of the applicant or certificate holder. The office of the City Attorney is hereby authorized to seek inspection warrants as necessary. Section 1-9. Severability. Provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable and if any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, shall decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining section, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Ordinance, but they shall remain in effect it being the legislative intent that this Ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. Section 1-10. Inclusion in Code. It is the intention of this Commission and is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and made part of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such intentions, and that the word "Ordinance" shall be changed to Section or other appropriate word. Section 1-11. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 1-12. Effective Date.
