The word "Department" shall mean the BuilEliBg, PlamHng, aB8 Zoniftg Code <br />Enforcement and Licensing Department. <br /> <br />Director. The word "Director" shall mean the Director of Zoning or his ElesigBee the Code <br />Enforcement and Licensing Department. <br /> <br />Person means any individual, firm, partnership, joint venture, syndicate, or other group or <br />combination acting as a unit, association, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, trustee, executor, <br />administrator receiver or other fiduciary. <br /> <br />PlIIce 0/ business.
