<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2005 - ~;}~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2004-196; <br />ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE BillLDING <br />DEPARTMENT, ATTACHED AS EXIDBIT "A"; PROVIDING THE <br />CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO REVIEW <br />ANNUALLY ALL BillLDING DEPARTMENT FEES; PROVIDING <br />FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING <br />FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance Number 2004 - 196, the City Commission adopted a <br />fee schedule for the Building Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has the authority to review all Building Department <br />fees to determine if an adjustment to the fee schedule should be recommended to the City <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on in-depth review of the fee schedule, City Manger is <br />recommending an adjustment to the fee schedule as reflected in Exhibit" A", amending <br />Ordinance Number 2004 - 196. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Adoption of Revised Fee Schedule. The revised building fee schedule, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authority of City Manager. The City Manager and/or his designee are <br />hereby directed to annually review the Building Department Fee Schedule to determine if <br />an adjustment to the fee schedule should be recommended to the City Commission. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
