Grand opening banner: <br /> <br />(I) Approvals necessary: City Manager or designee. <br /> <br />(2) Maximum number: one per project. <br /> <br />(3) Maximum sign area: 30 square feet. <br /> <br />(4) Maximum sign height: four feet. <br /> <br />(5) Length of display: 14 consecutive days after issuance of initial occupational license. <br /> <br />(6) Frequency: one per year per tenant. <br /> <br />(7) Other restrictions: sign copy shall only include "Grand Opening" and the name of the <br />project. Signs shall indicate expiration date on lower right hand corner. <br /> <br />B.
