<br />E. Window signs: not permitted in Residential Distriet. Non-residential districts <br /> <br />(I) Approvals necessary: City Manager or designee. <br /> <br />(2) Maximum sign area: 10% of window area up to a maximum of 10 square feet. <br /> <br />(3) Frequency: business or use shall be limited to five such advertising sign permits per calendar <br />year. <br /> <br />(4) Time limit: 14 days. <br /> <br />(5) Other limitations: <br /> <br />(a) Product advertising prohibited. <br /> <br />(b) Signs shall indicate expiration date on lower right hand comer. <br /> <br />F. Community service signs/ special event signs: The number, size, duration, and location <br />of signs to be determined by the City Manager or designee. <br /> <br />G. Murals and Graphics: <br /> <br />Murals and graphics on temporarY construction fencing are prohibited unless auuroved bv the <br />city commission at site plan review uursuant to Sec. 265-18 of the Land Development <br />Regulations. The Citv Commission. in its discretion. mav uermit graphics and painted murals on <br />temuorarv construction fences for aesthetic enhancement of the fence and advertisement of the <br />proiect to be constructed at site ulan review. A minor change as defined bv the Land <br />Development Regulations mav be approved administrativelv bv the City Manager without notice <br />to the Citv Commission. The Citv Manager. or designee. mav impose fees as he/she mav <br />determine auurouriate for the use of construction fences for advertised PUfDoses in accordance <br />with Ordinance No. 2002-153. <br /> <br />'Section 265-58. Suuplemental rel!:ulations. <br /> <br />A.
