<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2006 - ;t &oj 1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION <br />267-2(B) OF THE CODE OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, ADOPTING <br />A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING AND ZONING <br />SERVICES ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", PROVIDING FOR <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 267-2(B) of the Code of the City Of Sunny Isles Beach provide for <br />the establishment of a recovery cost schedule for administrative review and processing of <br />planning and zoning services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on review of the fee schedule, the City Manager is recommending <br />the revision of the current fee schedule to incorporate planning and zoning services associated <br />with the review of plans submitted to the Building Department. <br /> <br />NOW THERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Adoption of Fee Schedule. The City Commission hereby approves the revised Planning <br />and Zoning fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit' A' . <br /> <br />2. Effective Date.
