'. 1.11 <br />April 11, 2006 ~~ <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Revision to Special Event Permit (Application Fees) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA TION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached revised City of <br />Sunny Isles Special Event Ordinance. <br /> <br />REASON (5): <br /> <br />The Code Enforcement and Licensing Department is requesting a revision of the fees <br />associated with the application for special event permits. Since the 2004 - 2005 fiscal <br />years to date, the Department has received (374) special event applications. The <br />original ordinance included a nominal processing fee.
