<br />Section 7. Penaltics. Any person or entity found to be in violation of any condition of the <br />permit issued herein shall first be issued a warning notice. The violator shall have <br />forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the warning notice to correct the violation. <br />Failure to correct the violation within the prescribed deadline may result in <br />revocation of the permit or a fine of $200 per occurrence. Failure to obtain the <br />required permit shall subject the Owner to a fine of $500 per day. <br /> <br />Section 8. ScvcJ"abiIitv. The provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable and if any <br />section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall, for any reason, be held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining sections, sentences, clauses, and phrases of this Ordinance, but shall <br />remain in effect, it being the legislative intent that this Ordinance shall stand <br />notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. <br /> <br />Section 9. RcpcaIcr. Any and all ordinances, resolutions and parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they are inconsistent or <br />in conflict herewith. <br /> <br />Section 10. Inclusion in thc Codc, It is the intention of the City Commission, and it is hereby <br />ordained, that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become an appendix to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach Code; that the sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or <br />relettered to accomplish such intentions; and that the word "ordinance" shall be <br />changed to "section" or other appropriate word, as required. <br /> <br />Section I I.
