A. In the event that a person holding a current ocoupational lieel'lse Local Business Tax for the operation of an adult entertainment establishment shall be convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude in connection with the operation of such adult entertainment establishment by a court of competent jurisdiction, the City License Business Tax Officer shall immediately issue a written notice of intent to revoke the occupational license Local Business Tax. B. Procedures set forth in Section 20 hereinabove shall be utilized in connection with the revocation of license Local Business Tax Receipt pursuant to this Section. Section 197-20. Penalties for Violation. Anv person who violates any section of this code shall be subicct to the issuance of a Civil Penaltv in the amount of $250.00. per dav, per Local Business Tax. to be issued in accordance with Chapter 14. the Citv's Code Enforcement procedures. Section 4. Severability. Provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable and ifany section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, shall decision shall not affcct the validity of the remaining section, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Ordinance, but they shall remain in effect it being the legislative intent that this Ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. Section 5. Inclusion in Code. It is the intention of this Commission and is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and made part of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-Iettered to accomplish such intentions, and that the word "Ordinance" shall be changed to Section or other appropriate word. Section 6. Repealer. All ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. 15
