If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause. phrase. or word of this <br />Ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional. <br />inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the rcmainder of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 6. Inclusion in the Code. It is the intention of the Commission. and it is hereby <br />ordained, that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part orthe code of the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida; and that the sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or <br />relettered to accomplish such intentions: and that the word "ordinance" shall be changed to <br />"section" or other appropriate word. as required. <br /> <br />Section 7. Etlective Date.
