The City may utilize Law Enforcement Officers and/or The City shall designate a <br /> <br />Traffic Control Infraction Review Infraction Enforcement Officer, who shall <br /> <br />meet the qualifications set forth in ~316.610(5)(i\), Florida Statutes, or <br /> <br />any other relevant statute. the Mark Wand all Traffic Safety Act. The Traffic <br /> <br />Control Infraction Revievl Officer shall review recorded Images prior to the <br /> <br />issuance of a Notice of Violation/Infraction to ensure accuracy and the <br /> <br />integrity of the Recorded Images. The Traffic Control Infraction Officer <br /> <br />shall also verify that the Traffic Control Monitoring <br /> <br />System/Devices '.vhich captured the Recorded Images v;as <br /> <br />functioning properly at the time the Recorded Images 'Nere <br /> <br />captured. the accuracy and integrity of the recorded image. Once the <br /> <br />Traffic Control Infraction Revievl Officer has verified the accuracy of <br /> <br />the Recorded Images and functionality of the Traffic Control Monitoring <br /> <br />System/Devices, he or she shall complete a report, and a Notice of <br /> <br />V iolation/Infraction shall be sent to the Vehicle Owner at the address on <br /> <br />record with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles-:- <br /> <br />or the address on record with the appropriate agency having such information in <br /> <br />another state. <br /> <br />Section 256-29 Contents of notice of violation/infraction/hearin2. <br /> <br />+fie.
