<br />A-009.a <br /> <br />A-009.b <br /> <br />Building Department Fee Schedule <br /> <br />(2) The permit holder submits with such <br />request [JS noted in item no. A 009(b)(1)] the <br />Applicant's validated copy of such permit; and <br /> <br />(3) That no work has commenced under such <br />permit as supported by any recorded inspection <br />and/or field inspection. <br /> <br />(c) Applications having a change of contractor or <br />qualifier shall pay a fee of $85.00 $100.00 to <br />cover the cost of transferring the data from the <br />original permit to the second permit. When an <br />original permit has expired under section 105.4 <br />of Florida Building Code the original permit fee <br />shall be paid. <br /> <br />(d) A fee of $100.00 shall be paid by the permit <br />holder who submits a written request for a <br />permit extension as authorized under the Florida <br />Building Code Section 301.3(b). 105.3.2 <br /> <br />(e) Where a permit has become null and void <br />pursuant to section 101.5.1 105.4.1 Florida <br />Building Code, a credit of fifty percent (50%) of <br />the original permit fee shall be applied to any re- <br />application fee for permit covering the same <br />project and involving the same plans, provided <br />that the complete re-application is made within <br />six (6) months of the expiration date of the <br />original permit, and provided that no refund had <br />been made as provided in this Section. <br /> <br />(f) Permit applications filed under Ordinance 97-107. <br /> <br />$85.90 <br />$100.00 <br /> <br />$100.00 <br /> <br />A-Ol0 <br /> <br />Impact fees are assessed on certain building <br />permits, including re-application on expired <br />permits.
