A-009.a A-009.b Building Department Fee Schedule (2) The permit holder submits with such request [JS noted in item no. A 009(b)(1)] the Applicant's validated copy of such permit; and (3) That no work has commenced under such permit as supported by any recorded inspection and/or field inspection. (c) Applications having a change of contractor or qualifier shall pay a fee of $85.00 $100.00 to cover the cost of transferring the data from the original permit to the second permit. When an original permit has expired under section 105.4 of Florida Building Code the original permit fee shall be paid. (d) A fee of $100.00 shall be paid by the permit holder who submits a written request for a permit extension as authorized under the Florida Building Code Section 301.3(b). 105.3.2 (e) Where a permit has become null and void pursuant to section 101.5.1 105.4.1 Florida Building Code, a credit of fifty percent (50%) of the original permit fee shall be applied to any re- application fee for permit covering the same project and involving the same plans, provided that the complete re-application is made within six (6) months of the expiration date of the original permit, and provided that no refund had been made as provided in this Section.
