Comoensation. This First Amendment <br />shall automatically renew for consecutive monthly periods for me next 11 (cleven) months, [or a <br />rotal potential tenn of 12 (twelve) months. unless tennimucd by eithcl'pm1y by giving 30 (thirty) <br />days written notice of cancelation. This compensation shall cover the Consultant's fees for <br />drafting of the modem archilectUral book, except for publishing and marketing COSH. of the book <br />which shall be the r~sponsibility of the City. The Consul taut agrees to finish drafting the modern <br />architcctuf<l} book even if the term of this First Amendment has expired. <br /> <br />6. All other term!> to remain in full forf:e 2nd effect.
