How is the developer expected to obtain repayment of his self financing of the <br />Aquatic Entertainment Complex? <br /> <br />The proposer is expected to finance the facility on the land lease area by <br />operating the aquatic facility. <br /> <br />2. Will a different ground lease agreement be considered by the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach? <br /> <br />No other land lease options are being considered at this time. <br /> <br />3. Do Sub-contractors interested in doing "construction only" have to attend this <br />meeting? <br /> <br />Subs do not need to attend, only the firm awarded the contract as a general. <br /> <br />4. Will a listing of attendees or firms interested in proposing be made public or <br />available to everyone? <br /> <br />Yes, on www.demandstar.com <br />
