QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF TEAM ~ Staffing Plan Williams Paving Co, Inc. opened in 1952. Services include complete road construction, including sub-base, base, asphaltic surface, concrete curbs, sidewalks, storm structures, noise walls, bridge construction, and bridge reconstruction. Williams Paving's additional services include clearing and grubbing, earthwork, underground utilities, water and sanitary sewer, and landscaping. Communicating with clients, project owner, engineers and management, have always been priorities for Williams Paving personnel. The objective in interacting with our clients is to continuously focus on one common goal: the construction of a quality project in the shortest possible time at the best price. Time and again, Williams Paving has proven to be an organization with the power to successfully deliver quality projects in the construction markets of today. The key personnel who will lead the work efforts are described in the following introductions. Mr. Lawrence Collins Project Director - Mr. Collins has over forty years of experience in construction. Lawrence "Lonnie" Collins has been involved in the engineering construction industry of South Florida since 1969. He has worked in every facet of the industry and possesses extensive technical knowledge. Prior to joining WPC Lonnie was the owner of C & S Paving Company, Inc., an engineering contractor where he performed over $40M in projects. He has been with Williams Paving Co., Inc. since 1995 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success as one of South Florida's leading construction firms. Mr. Alan Rodriguez Construction Project Manager - Mr. Rodriguez has over twelve years of experience working on projects similar to this one and has been with Williams Paving Co., Inc. since 1993. He served in the United States Marine Corps. Upon return to the family business, he has worked in every aspect of the operations, ascending to his current position. He keeps constant communication with all construction personnel and inspectors as well as daily work logs to ensure that job safety, job quality and job schedule goals are met. He also serves as a direct assistant to the corporate officers aiding in any function required to maintain the company's daily operation. Mr. Alan Lauderdale Site Foreman - Mr. Lauderdale has over thirty-six years of experience in the construction field, After finishing his service with the United States Marine Corps, AI began working for an engineering contractor laying pipelines and underground utilities. His strong ethic and desire to succeed enabled him to master every aspect of the underground utility industry, He has experience in deep utility installation, pipe jacking and boring, pump facilities as well as the auxiliary construction activities and methodology. Mr. Julio C. Almeida Traffic Control Supervisor - Mr. Almeida has over five years of hands-on experience in Civil and Commercial construction industries, He started in the vertical construction industry as a consultant for different major construction companies in South Florida. Companies included (Centex Suffolk, KM Plaza, Edgewater Const., MCM, Pavarini, and Codina). He was involved in the perimeter safety for the construction area. He is certified in the traffic control department. As a consultant, he was hired by road construction companies to design the maintenance of traffic plans for them, Companies included APAC, Tran Construction, Weekley Paving, H&R Paving, Central Florida Equipment, and Community Asphalt.
