Dade CC#E- 1353 · Broward tic. #CC96- 1436E <br /> <br />Similar Projeet Narrative <br /> <br />Miguel Lopez Jr, Inc has performed various related drainage projects over the <br />recent years however the one project that stands out as being one of the same difficulty as <br />the Sunny Isles project is Plantation Acres Drainage Main "A". This project was <br />completed in 2008-2009 and was an original contract value of 788K. The project <br />consisted of tying various ponds together in Plantation, FL through various drainage <br /> <br />pIpes. <br /> <br />The project was throughout the entire neighborhood and required the installation <br />of enormous concrete head walls whenever an outfall was needed at a pond. We had to <br />employ cranes and large equipment in order to complete some of the headwalls. Another <br />aspect of the project in which I can compare to the current project is the tight space <br />available. Our project in plantation basically ran behind houses and through 10' wide <br />utility easements, which was a very difficult task. <br />In the end, the project came out very nice. We completed under contract time and <br />under budget.
