<br />We are pleased to subrrit our qualifications for the City of Sunny Isles RFO#1O-04-02 to provide Professional Archltectu"a1
<br />Services for the above-mentioned project. Gurri Matute PA, (GMPA) is an award winning, Miami-based, architectural firm
<br />established since 1996 with over 14 years of continuous involvement as a Prime Consultant with cifferent types of
<br />architectural projects ranging li'om miscellaneous to project specific with budgets ranging rom less than $100,000 to over $11
<br />million. GMPA has extensive experience with a variety of past and current rrunicipalJinstitutional clients for the design of
<br />renovation type projects and new construction. Our niche has been with Continuing Service Contracts inclucing but not
<br />limited to City d M...I, Village d Palmetto Bay, City d "'ami Beach, Maml Dade Coulty (rIDAD), American Alrtlnes,
<br />University of M...I, florida International University, Maml Dade College, the United states Postal ServIce, and the
<br />Florida Department d MIIt.-y Affairs (National Guard). Due to our high level of service to our clients, we generate
<br />approximately 80% of our revenues li'om repeat business through continuing service contracts.

<br />Services Offered
<br />GMPA is a full service architectural firm offering a wide variety of Pre-Desian and Basic Services inclucing Site Plan Design,
<br />Master Planning, Building Assessment Reports, ZoningJMaster Plans, 40 Vear Recertification Reports, LEED Design, Park
<br />Design, Park Systems Master Planning, V'kiver of Plats, Zoning Variances, Public Involvement meetings, etc.
<br />
<br />Our Basic Services includes programming, conceptual design with computer rendering lhwings, schematic design, design
<br />development, construction documents, technical specifications, construction administration inclucing assistance in the Bid
<br />and Award Phase, construction inspections, responding to requests for information (RFI's), review of change orders, review of
<br />contractor pay requisitions, preparing punch lists, project close-out, and warranty phase.
<br />
<br />Soecialized Services include Interior Design, inclucing space planning, purchasing, color selection and coorcination, etc.,
<br />LEED Design, and Historic Preservation related services inclucing Historic Structures Reports, etc.
<br />
<br />We feel we are a good match for the City of Sunny Isles for two basic reasons: we are interested and have the necessary
<br />resources to provide a high level of service to the City of Sunny Isl~ we welcome projects of all size and complexity
<br />because we are interested in the long term relationship with the City. Seconcly, we are very qualified and experienced with
