BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size. and cost) <br /> <br />ACAI has been selected to provide Roofing Consultation Services for Florida International University. A major <br />component includes a Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP). ACAl's responsibility is to provide the <br />University a program by which they can monitor the condition of all the roofs of owned properties. <br /> <br />ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which provides a baseline of knowledge on each building roof and establishes <br />its conditions at the time of the visit. The RA includes a roof plan sketch, pictures of the building and provides <br />a general overview of the deck at a glance identifying the building and naming the roofing installer, the size <br />and type of roof in place and the status of the warranty in place. During the preparation of the RA, ACAI <br />conducts the first semiannual inspection and prepares a roof conditions report. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
