Milton & Associates hereby provides its Proposal <br />respond and qualifications for the Request for Proposal (RFP) - Issued on October 6. 20 I 0 by the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida for the project referenced as: <br /> <br />"DesignlBuild and Upscale Lifestyle Center consisting of a Park, Parking Garage, and an <br />Aquarium and High End Retail Shops" (herein after referred to as the "Project" or the <br />"Aquatic Entertainment Complex") - With subsequent Addendum No. I & 2. <br /> <br />Following the instructions provided at the Mandatory Conference, we have kept our Proposal <br />brief and to the point addressing all of the items and requirements outlined in the above <br />referenced RFP. Our envisioned Project offers the following: <br /> <br />0' An overall Project concept that follows the concept and vision of the City <br />and adheres to the study and recommendations prepared by Luft Consulting, <br />Inc; and Keith & Schnars, P.A. <br /> <br />0' A 1.5 acre "elevated" Park (representing 43% of the Total Site Area) that <br />captures fantastic views and provides multiple benefits and opportunities to <br />the City, its residents and visitors. The Park, other green areas, plazas, <br />loggias, children water court and other hardscape areas represent approx. <br />50% of the Total Site Area. <br /> <br />0' A parking facility that is totally hidden from VIew and closely <br />accommodates City requirements. <br />
