<br />CAS was established in 1980. Since then, the firm expanded from its original, technical orientation in
<br />municipal engineering and surveying into a full service civil engineering practice with specialized expertise in
<br />Engineering, Surveying & Mapping, Grants/Loan Assistance, Construction Management, Utility Locates and CAD
<br />Design & Development.

<br />CAS is owned and operated by Stephen C. Smith, P.E., Gene R. Schriner, P.E., and Michael D. Milita. All three
<br />owners are located at 7777 Glades Road, Suite 410, Boca Raton, Florida 33434. Home address is available
<br />upon request.

<br />Size - CAS professional, technical and administrative personnel numbering 40+ people represent professionals
<br />in the fields of civil engineering, water and wastewater engineering, storm water engineering, surveying,
<br />mechanical engineering, construction engineering, grant specialists, utility locating, computer sciences and
<br />finance.

<br />Financial - CAS has been in business for 30 years and maintains its financial stability through its diverse
<br />service offerings to its long-term public and private clients. Annual revenues for 2008 were $5,625,278 and
<br />$5,372,822 for 2009. Assets are in excess of $2,000,000. With the company's wide mix of customers, there is
