<br />CPH Engineers, Inc. (CPH) is pleased to respond to the City of Sunny Isles Beach's Request for
<br />Qualifications for the Professional Engineering Services contract. It would be our pleasure to provide
<br />services to the City. We are certain that CPH exceeds the City of Sunny Isles Beach's qualification
<br />requirements for the following reasons:

<br />· Capabilities: CPH is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm recognized for providing superior
<br />quality services to our clients in an efficient and effective manner. CPH has been providing
<br />consulting services for over 28 years; we believe that this experience is imperative to successfully
<br />execute the wide variety of projects that this contract may bestow. With a local office in Miami and
<br />support staff members in Orlando and Sanford; CPH is eager and ready to provide services for any
<br />project under this contract.

<br />· Experience: CPH has assembled a vastly diverse and highly qualified team with experience in all
<br />discipline areas requested by the City. Our team is capable of providing services for every project
<br />that will emerge under this contract. CPH realizes and understands that each project has its
<br />individual characteristics and will need specialized expertise. Therefore, CPH has assembled a team
<br />composed of engineers, environmental scientists, contractors, inspectors, surveyors, and
<br />administrative staff; which will bring a significant assortment of knowledge to the contract. CPH
<br />has experience in areas such as: roadway design, stomwater management, water and wastewater
<br />treatment, utility design, structural analysis, transportation, planning, and environmental services.

<br />· Experience Working Under Continuing Contracts: We have worked with many of our clients
<br />for 30 years. These long-term relationships have afforded us many opportunities to meet our
<br />clients' needs and perform municipal engineering services. Our team has extensive experience in
<br />working under continuing contracts and is available for planned projects as well as unplanned
<br />emergencies. We are currently serving the municipalities of Punta Gorda, North Port, Tampa, Lake
<br />Alfred, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Edgewater, Orlando, Sanford, Casselberry, Winter Springs,
<br />Lake Mary, Oviedo, Eustis, Titusville, Cape Coral, Deland, and Fort Myers; Volusia, Lee, and
<br />Orange Counties; and the V olusia, Seminole, Lake, and Polk County School Districts, as their
<br />Continuing Services Engineer. We are very proud of our continuing relationships.
