The beachside pool deck included a
free-form swimming pool, circular spa, and multiple metal-framed cabana structures.
Additionally, the developer remodeled the adjacent 163rd Street end that acts as a
public access point to the beach. Coastal Systems provided environmental permitting
as well as coastal engineering services for the project. Specifically, Coastal Systems
obtained the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Coastal Construction
Control Line (CCCL) Permit as required for structures and activities that cross
partially or wholly across the recorded CCCL. In addition to the structures noted

above, Coastal Systems obtained authorization for excavation and fill, hardscape,
landscape, and lighting activities. Lighting plans were approved by the Florida Fish
and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Coastal Systems' coastal engineering team prepared a site specific 100-year Storm
Analysis that determined the anticipated impacts of a 100 year storm event on the
project site/structure. This analysis provided the anticipated wave crest height, as
well as the eroded profile associated with a 100 year storm event.

J

a.

~,.,.,,~'"
,." ,
I";"'I)U -

(1) FIRM NAME

Coastal Systems International, Inc.

~~~~etIl[.]~I["I~~'I.].~:[.~
(2) FIRM LOCATION (3) ROLE
Coral Gables, Florida Subconsultant (Coastal Permitting)
(1) FIRM NAME (2) FIRM LOCATION (3) ROLE
b.
(1) FIRM NAME (2) FIRM LOCATION (3) ROLE
c.
(1) FIRM NAME (2) FIRM LOCATION (3) ROLE
d.
(1) FIRM NAME (2) FIRM LOCATION (3) ROLE
e.
STANDARD FORM 330 (1/2004) PAGE 3
