May 26, 2010 Page 2 SRS Engineering is a FDOT pre-qualified firm to perform engineering services, We are very familiar with FDOT LAP (ARRA) requirements, SRS has recently completed the design of W, 53rd Street Roadway Improvement Project for the City of Hialeah in accordance with the LAP guidelines. In addition, SRS is currently providing CEI service for several new LAP projects for the City of Hialeah and Coral Gables. These projects include 1-75 Ramp/NW 138th Street, W. 4th Avenue and Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Our Firm will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta, PE, who will serve as Principal-In-Charge. Mr. Serralta has over twenty years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and management for a wide range of public works, site development, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the management of the assigned projects and coordinating between the City and the SRS Team. Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. Mr, Sanchez has over thirty-three years of experience in project management and engineering design for both public and private sectors, Mr. Sanchez is assisted by our Design Project Manager, Mr, Jean-Claude Fontaneau, and our Senior Structural Engineer, Ms. Gisela Rey, P.E, Both are seasoned professionals with over thirty-nine years of experience in the planning and design of a variety of municipal and site development projects, Our firm is further supported by an excellent group of consulting professional firms whose unique expertise and experience with similar public experience makes our group an exceptional team. Our combined strengths and capabilities will ensure this project's successful and timely completion, In addition to possessing the qualifications and experience required to meet the challenges of this contract, we believe the following items make our Firm uniquely qualified: . Our Principals and knowledgeable staff have extensive experience in the design and construction management of public and municipal projects, SRS has worked on many similar projects and is very familiar with local regulatory agencies' requirements. We have no learning curve! . SRS is experienced in both engineering design, as well as, in construction administration and inspections. We have experience in the design and construction of municipal facilities, roadways, environmental, water and sewer systems, and infrastructure projects, including cost estimating, scheduling, inspections, and quality assurance. We "see" both sides of a project! . SRS can provide the same civil engineering professional and construction administration services as larger firms, but in a more responsive and cost-effective manner.
