<br />Our Team will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta,
<br />P.E., who will serve as Principal-In-Charge. Mr.
<br />Serra Ita is the President of the firm and sole
<br />owner. He has over twenty years of experience in
<br />civil engineering planning, design, and
<br />management for a wide range of public works,
<br />site development, and infrastructure projects.
<br />Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the
<br />management of the assigned projects and
<br />coordinating between the City and the SRS
<br />Team. Mr. Serra/ta will be your key point of
<br />contact and keeping the City happy is his
<br />main responsibility.

<br />Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. Mr, Sanchez has over thirty-three years
<br />of experience in project management and engineering design for both public and private sectors in
<br />Central and South Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean and Spain, in fields such as land development and site
<br />planning, airport work on both landside and airside, port and marina developments, municipal
<br />engineering, storm water management and drainage engineering, roadway engineering, construction
<br />management, field supervision, and quality control. His extensive municipal project experience has
<br />provided him with broad knowledge in project coordination, dealing with governmental agencies and plan
<br />approvals and processing,

<br />Our Design Project Manager will be Mr. Jean-Claude Fontaneau, who has fourteen years of experience
<br />in civil engineering design, He has been responsible for the planning and design of a variety of municipal
<br />and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible for the engineering design and
<br />preparation of plans and specifications including the design of pump stations, water and sanitary sewer
<br />pipelines, site development projects, roadway improvements, and storm drainage systems. Mr.
<br />Fontaneau was the project manager in charge of the design of several municipal projects including the
<br />City of Hialeah Pump Station No. 200, Hialeah Annex Water & Sewer Master Plan, Miller Road Widening
<br />and several municipal site improvement projects including parks, marinas and community centers,
<br />
<br />Our Structural Engineer will be Gisela Rey, P.E. Ms, Rey has over 25 years of experience in design,
<br />planning and management of structural engineering projects for port facilities, including docks, fender
<br />systems, harbor crane supports, wharf extensions, mega cruise ship terminals and canal stabilization.
<br />Among her recent experience is the seawall replacement at Archeological Tequesta Circle in Miami River.
