Professional Engineering Services RFQ# 10-04-01 Page 2 Parks & Recreation - C3TS has successfully designed almost every type of park and we are considered experts in this field especially water parks and pool facilities. We have experience in recreational facilities such as active and passive parks, marinas, aquatic facilities, sensitive wetlands, boardwalk parks, and school gymnasiums. A recent example of a successful project is City of Miami's Grapeland Park, where C3TS provided full engineering & architecture services for a $10 million, multi- sport park including an aquatic activity pool complex and a state-of-the-art baseball field complex. Building Remodeling and New Construction - C3TS offers full-scale architectural, civil and MEP divisions. Our Team combines aesthetics and functionality to produce a successful project and facility. In the past, our team has provided services to municipalities on public facilities such as community centers, gymnasiums, park buildings, City Hall additions, roofing rehabilitations, maintenance facilities, and space planning. C3TS has the advantage of being a full service firm with a broad array of in-house services. In addition to Civil Engineering, we have divisions for Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering, Transportation, Planning, Public Information, and Construction Inspection Services. The inclusion of these in-house services allows us to provide a unified and comprehensive approach to projects. Value engineering is a key component of our successful projects and is built in to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control process. Independent professionals will review the project at each submittal to assure that nothing is overlooked and all possible solutions have been analyzed to create value for you. Every project undergoes a thorough construction and biddability review to insure that the project can be constructed within budget, making bid alternates in order to protect the base bid, if needed. Our staff can also provide the experience and aesthetic touch needed to make your roads blend in to the local surroundings. Our Construction Management / Construction Engineering Inspections Department assures projects come in on time and has an array of impressive experiences having worked on numerous Design/Build projects, as well as ongoing C.E.1. contracts for the Florida Department of Transportation. Our design professionals are always available to answer any questions and ensure the original design intent and all regulations including stormwater pollution prevention, BMP's and proper maintenance of traffic is followed throughout construction. The members of our Civil Department will lead the core team assigned to the project with Mr. Ramon Castella, P.E., LEED AP, serving as Principal in Charge, and Mr. Daniel Grandal, P.E., LEED AP, C.F.M. serving as Project Manager. We have assigned personnel from all of our departments to be available as specialists in their field to meet any of the City's needs. Mr. Grandal will act as the single point of contact to ensure that the right personnel are assigned to the project and have the resources necessary to be successful.
