RFQ 10-04-01 Professional Engineering Services OUR TARGET To provide high-quality structural engineering services while identifying our clients' specific excellence standards, priorities and requirements, and adjust to them from a position respectful of ethical boundaries. OUR MARKET Buyers seeking to contract services from a professional and straightforward firm, prompt in responding when summoned, and open to the sort of dialogue that leads to win-win agreements for both our clients and ourselves. OUR FACTS We specialize in structural engineering consulting, offering the various services mentioned earlier, and we are able to handle multiple and diverse projects at once that may range from a railing shop drawing to a full scope building design. We are mindful as engineers of our ethical and moral duty to put safety of life and property of people as our first professional priority. Our key personnel have over 20 years of structural engineering experience in the US and abroad, and the rest of our technical staff have Bachelor's Degrees in Civil Engineering, (and specialization in Structural). Each of our projects undergoes peer and supervisory review throughout its entire progress for quality assurance purposes, before it is submitted to the client. We guarantee effective tracking of every project both technically and financially, using our in-house generated software PAS Concept, (as timeliness and cost effectiveness are important components of the quality assurance process). We have in-house all the necessary equipment and resources to carry out every contracted job. All tasks in our firm are interchangeable between two or more employees, so that no project or administrative task is jeopardized if its designated staff member becomes sick, or is absent on leave. We ensure ease of contact with our Company's team members via telephone, fax, and email Monday through Friday during office hours; and with our Principals on weekends and evenings for urgent purposes. We actively capitalize on the opportunity that being a small firm lends us to exercise more flexibility, innovation and adaptability according to the needs and interests of each client.
