Our team's technical QC process <br />will use a three-step procedure beginning with submittal of <br />the review package by the lead technical professional (LTP) <br />as being ready for QC (Step I); is checked by the QC reviewer <br />(Step 2); incorporation/reconciliation of review comments and <br />correction of any deficiencies by the LTP (Step 3). <br /> <br />Every project is unique. We will apply our consistent. proven <br />QA/QC process throughout the project life cycle in a manner <br />specific to each project. Our project director. responsible for <br />process application. is empowered to apply proper monitor- <br />ing tools to each specific situation. In this way. we are more <br />certain that the project is delivered effectively. <br /> <br />Because every project is unique. project managers apply QA/ <br />QC requirements to fit specific project needs and to address <br />particular client concerns.
