Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) At PBS&J, quality is more tha n a n end result-it's a quest. Our vision for quality is to weave it into the fabric of our culture by achieving a passion for client-focused quality performance and continuous quality improvement (CQI) in all that we do. Therefore, PBS&j's program. which defines our QA/QC pro- cess. is an important aspect of every project we undertake. regardless of size or complexity. Our team's technical QC process will use a three-step procedure beginning with submittal of the review package by the lead technical professional (LTP) as being ready for QC (Step I); is checked by the QC reviewer (Step 2); incorporation/reconciliation of review comments and correction of any deficiencies by the LTP (Step 3). Every project is unique. We will apply our consistent. proven QA/QC process throughout the project life cycle in a manner specific to each project. Our project director. responsible for process application. is empowered to apply proper monitor- ing tools to each specific situation. In this way. we are more certain that the project is delivered effectively. Because every project is unique. project managers apply QA/ QC requirements to fit specific project needs and to address particular client concerns.
