technology utilizing a series of microbial and nutrient
groundwater injections. Currently, a phased technology
approach is being successfully implemented to mitigate
an array of site halogenated volatile organic compounds.

Florida Department of Environmental Protection,
Post and Lumber Preserving Plant, Quincy, FL.
Prepared and assisted implementation of a remedial
action plan for this abandoned wood preserving facility
to address off-site wetlands remedial activities.
E\'aluated recommendations considering soil remm'al
and treatability of arsenic and dioxin using
phytoremediation. Phytoremediation pilot study was
performed jointly \vith FDEP, Universit:y of Florida and
Earth Tech. Bench scale treatability study was performed
using chemical oxidation process for PCP in
groundwater. i\S engineer of record, logistically planned
and executed the remonl of approximately 44,000 tons
of arsenic-and dioxin-contaminated soil from a
jurisdictional wetland area and residcntial properties
adjacent to the facility. Established no further action
(NF.\) with institutional controls, Risk Lcwl
t\[anagement Option II, per Chapter 62-780.680(2)
Florida "\dministrative Code (Fi\C).
Assessment and Remediation, Various Locations,
FL Project engineer responsible for site assessment,
pilot testing, and rcmedial dcsign at multiple petrolcum-
impacted sites. Remedial design included natural
attenuation e\'aluation by analyzing groundwater geo-
chemical parameters, soil vapor extraction, air sparging,
and multiphase extraction, bioremediation using
Biodyne, Redox Tcch, and PI-IOSter technologies.
J\lanaged multiple acti\'e remcdiation systems with full
financial responsibilitics including project rcporting,
operations and maintenance (O&J\Q, and treatment
system evaluation and optimization.

US Army Corps of Engineers -Omaha and Mobile
Districts, TERC 3, Remedial Actions, MacDill AFB,
Kendall Healthcare, Magellan Project, DeLand, FL.
Prepared preliminary electrical design and capital cost
cstimates for a $ 12 million construction project
including a 61 ,OOO-square-foot expansion of an existing
manufacturing plant with injection molding machines
used in the production of spring guard syringes. The
pre- engineered building included 30.000 s(luare feet of
conditioned clean space for the injection molding
process, assembly and packaging. Design specifications
included restrooms, lockcr rooms, break area, electrical
rooms, mechanical rooms, gown rooms, offices, source
powcr, distribution power, auxiliary power, and a
mcchanical air handling system separate from the rest of
the plant.

Universal Studios, Inc., Lockheed Martin Launch
Test Area Electrical Design, Orlando, FL. Prepared
project electrical design including capital cost estimates
for a $3.S million former Launch Test "\rea remediation
project. Organized, scheduled, and participated in
electrical preliminary design meetings with clients and
subcontractors. Integrated new equipment process
control design to link \vith existing remedial treatment
system equipment while comparing conventional,
\vireless, and electro-optical technology benefits \vith
associated costs.
Florida Department of Environmental Protection,
Petroleum Contamination Site, State Cleanup
Program, Pensacola Terminal, Inc., Pensacola, FL.
Produced and implemented complete project e1cctrical
design including control logic software and program
development, electrical power re(juirements, process and
instrumentation documents for a S2.S million multiplc
(east and west compound) trcatment systems integration
including four 30 hp. air spargc compressors, three 20
hp. SVE blowers, three SOO standard cubic feet per
minutc (scfm) thermal catalytic oxidizers, ten existing
pneumatic dual phase product and groundwater recovery
