<br />Subconsultants and Special Resources to Strengthen Our Team. We have assembled a team of
<br />subconsultants and special resources who have specific technical and design experience for exactly this type of project. In
<br />addition, several subconsultants have direct experience with the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Some of our partners on this
<br />submittal include:

<br />Kobi Karp Architects and Interior Design will lead the effort on all enclosed and freestanding architectural park
<br />structures, the parking deck, and associated facilities. In addition, they will provide interior design services. Notable
<br />projects include Meridian Condo Hotel, Sunny Isles Beach Marina Condominiums, St. Tropez Condominiums, The Strand
<br />on Ocean Drive, The Astor Hotel, The Cadillac Hotel, and The M-Resort.
<br />
<br />Communikatz, Inc. is recognized for community, governmental, and media relations. Under the leadership of Ric Katz, the
<br />firm is known for public involvement and consensus-building efforts on projects such as Miami Beach's Collins Avenue
<br />Reconstruction Project and the current South Florida East Coast Corridor Transit Analysis.
<br />
<br />Guidance Group will be responsible for graphics and wayfinding signage, Richard Golber provides design, costing, and
<br />fabrication expertise to streamline this effort which translates into savings for the City.
<br />
<br />O'Brien Lighting, Inc. will provide lighting design in conjunction with our local lighting representatives, Municipal Lighting,
<br />
<br />Bureau Veritas Certification North America, Inc. will handle geotechnical engineering.
<br />
<br />Schwebke-Shiskin and Associates, Inc., a long-standing partner of Kimley-Horn, will be responsible for surveying.
<br />
<br />Sensitive to the Pivotal Role of Meaningful Public Involvement Programs. Community consensus, derived
<br />through creative engagement with the public, key stakeholders, and the City, will ultimately be the measure of success for this
<br />project. Kimley-Horn and our partners, Kobi Karp and Communi katz, know how to get that done. We designed the Miami Public
<br />Parks and Streetscape and the Miami River Greenway now being installed. The pivotal element for all projects was the
<br />consensus-building effort that resulted in a groundswell of support for the improvements. As your management team for the

<br />stakeholders.
