<br />Paramount Bay is a multibillion dollar project, featuring state-of-the-art 360-unit Luxury Residential
<br />Condominium Tower rising to 46 stories along the bay in the dynamic Arts District north of downtown Miami.
<br />Residences range from one to three bedrooms, and feature 10ft. ceilings, direct access private elevators, and
<br />spacious, t1ow-through t100r plans offering panoramic, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, South
<br />Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A dramatic curved glass entrance and porte-cochere open to an exclusive multi-
<br />story lobby, providing convenient access to individual banks of private elevators and a well appointed array of
<br />mezzanine level amenities, including a full spa and fitness center, multi-function party and clubrooms, verandas,
<br />cabanas, pool and sun-deck.

<br />O'Brien Lighting is responsible for designing interior and exterior lighting elements of this project. The scope

<br />Everglades on the Bay is an urban multibillion dollar mixed use development in Miami, Florida which is currently
<br />b. under construction. It is located in the northern section of Downtown Miami, on Biscayne Boulevard between
<br />Northeast 2nd and 3rd Streets. The complex consists of two twin towers and the Everglades Plaza. Both towers
<br />will be 538 ft (164 m) tall when complete, and each will have 49 floors. The Everglades Plaza will be a retail and
<br />community center at the base of both towers, connecting both and occupying the entire city block.

<br />O'Brien Lighting is responsible for designing exterior and landscape lighting elements of this project. The scope
<br />includes: building illumination, street level illumination, pinnacle, pool deck, landscape.
