ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

30. PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY THE AGENCY. ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED.

The Sunny Isles Beach shoreline and Collins Avenue corridor have been improving steadily; Kimley-Horn and
Associates, Inc. and our selected team partners have supported changes over the past 20 years. The City's
commitment to provide a vibrant new park space with much needed park and beach parking, as well as a
connection to the shoreline, will further strengthen the Collins Avenue corridor. Our team has participated in a
broad range of private development and public infrastructure projects in the area surrounding the Heritage
Park site, so it is with a great deal of personal and professional pride that I submit our qualifications to you.

Project Manager with a Resume of Success on Similar Complex Projects. I will serve as your project
manager and lead park planner/landscape architect. As a land planner, urban designer, and landscape
architect, I have 26 years of experience with America's most successful cities, counties, community/property
developers, and entertainment companies. I have had the opportunity to participate in the creation of landmark
master-planned communities and parks, and understand the importance of building to own and maintain
for the long haul. One of my most notable projects is The Walt Disney Company's Disneyland Paris, where I
served as the facility design manager and lead landscape architect for the park's Guest Entry Sequence, a $50
million sequence of structures and open spaces related to resort guest arrival: by foot, car, bus, taxi, and train.
I managed a team of 15 in-house planners, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and graphic
personnel and also coordinated a sizable team of French designers and construction managers. My
experience and attention to detail will help guide this project to a successful conclusion.

Jerry Ingram, P.E. will serve as the principal-in-charge on this project. A principal and owner of the firm, Jerry
has been involved in professional planning and transportation engineering activities for 40 years. He directs
and serves as client liaison for a range of public and private sector projects. Our quality control/quality
assurance manager, Aaron Buchler, P.E., has more than 10 years of experience in land development, utility
systems, and drainage design. He has extensive experience with entitlements, community development
districts, the regulatory agencies and permitting processes in South Florida, including South Florida Water
Management District and DERM permits.

Our Team Understands the City's Desire to Develop Thoughtfully. We know that this project will be a
multidisciplinary effort, and we are well versed in all aspects of the scope of services outlined in your RFQ.
Therefore, I have assembled a local team that truly understands the City's desire to develop thoughtfully,
providing a full range of associated facilities such as schools, street improvements, and in this instance, a new
park. Our team brings local expertise along with a national perspective to this important project. We firmly
believe that the City of Sunny Isles Beach deserves the attention of a team already engaged within the city and
one that is familiar with your staff.

Kimley-Horn's approach to every project is tailor-made, and we have developed an approach for this particular
project that is as unique as Heritage Park. Our collaborative design approach integrates the market conditions
and economics of the project and ensures that we will deliver construction documents that are code buildable
and reflect the timely execution of your funding and development schedules. We understand your expectations
and we are committed to meeting and exceeding them.

Subconsultants and Special Resources to Strengthen Our Team. We have assembled a team of
subconsultants and special resources who have specific technical and design experience for exactly this type
of project. In addition, some have direct experience with the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Some of our partners
on this submittal include:

Kobi Karp Architects and Interior Design will lead the effort on all enclosed and freestanding
architectural park structures, the parking deck and associated facilities. In addition, they will provide
interior design services. Notable projects include Meridian Condo Hotel, Sunny Isles Beach Marina
Condominiums, St. Tropez Condominiums The Strand on Ocean Drive, The Astor Hotel, The Cadillac
Hotel, and The M-Resort.
