His 26 years of diversified experience in landscape architecture, urban design, and resort and town planning encompasses a wide range of projects including Florida City, Harmony Institute, the Disneyland Paris Resort, Callaway Gardens, Dorado Beach, and the Punta Cana Resort. His projects range from the site-specific to the regional scale, within the United States, the Caribbean, Brunei, and France. He has extensive experience in the fields of new town planning and resort development, facility design management, architectural conceptualization, and construction, Jack has worked with some of the country's top firms and clients, including the Irvine Company, Hart Howerton, Rancho Santa Margarita, Vail Resorts, The Walt Disney Company and the Rockefeller Family. Since joining Kimley-Horn, he has focused his practice to high-rise and commercial redevelopment projects including Omni Development, Empire World Towers, Florida City Center, 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, Fisher Island, and RiverFront. We will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a strong local presence, maximize our local staff, and have experts across the country available for technical support to ensure all aspects of the project are covered. Our project manager, Jack Perry, has analyzed the current workload and determined that the proposed staff can be readily available for the City's upcoming project; the percent of time listed on the organization chart behind each person's name is approximately what each team member has available to commit to the Heritage Park and Parking Garage project. Our proactive approach to budget and schedule control begins with immediate and clear communication. At Kimley-Horn, production meetings are held weekly to enable staff, task managers, and project managers to stay up-to-date regarding current and projected workloads. Weekly regional production meetings are also held to assess the availability and distribution of resources among Kimley-Horn's 21 Florida offices. We know the importance of meeting our clients' deadlines, and we take the necessary steps that enable us to confidently commit to meeting yours.
