(B&A) is pleased to submit our proposal to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach. B&A is a multidisciplinary firm that specializes in Miscellaneous <br />Services Contracts with numerous municipalities and public agencies. <br /> <br />We know what these services are all about: being responsive and on call at any <br />time to immediately attend to all the needs of the City of Sunny Isles Beach and its <br />Constituents. <br /> <br />I, Eduardo N. Lamas, AlA, will be your Project Manager. With over 30 years of <br />experience in working harmoniously with government agencies all of the projects <br />listed included Public Participation and Community workshops. B&A will also provide <br />LEED Accredited Professionals to assist the City in obtaining any certification that <br />is required and assist the City in securing any funding that is available for any <br />assignment. <br /> <br />B&A will work closely with the City's staff, council and community during the entire <br />design process. Our thorough understanding of the permitting process and expertise <br />in dealing with the agencies and coordinating public involvement efforts for a <br />multitude of communities gives us a unique understanding of the scope of services <br />being requested. <br /> <br />We believe that B&A offers the best combination of local presence, knowledge, <br />expertise and experience to deliver a successful project. no matter how big or how <br />small, on time and within budget.
