RECURRENT DISABILITY <br />"Recurrent Disability" means a Disability due to an Injury or Sickness which is the same as, or related to, the cause of a prior <br />*isability for which Monthly Benefits were payable. A Recurrent Disability will be treated as follows. <br />A Recurrent Disability will be treated as a new period of Disability, and a new Elimination Period must be <br />completed before further Monthly Benefits are payable; if the Insured Employee returns to his or her regular <br />occupation on a full -time basis for six months or more. <br />2. A Recurrent Disability will be treated as part of the prior Disability, if an Insured Employee returns to his or her <br />regular occupation on a full -time basis for less than six months. <br />To qualify for a Monthly Benefit, the Insured Employee must earn less than the percentage of Predisability Income specified in the <br />Partial Disability Monthly Benefit section. Monthly Benefit payments will be subject to all other terms of this Policy for the prior <br />Disability. <br />If an Insured Employee becomes eligible for coverage under any other group Long Term Disability policy, this Recurrent Disability <br />provision will cease to apply to that Insured Employee. <br />r � <br />L_J <br />• <br />GL3001- LTD -15 98 <br />23 01 /01 /01 <br />
