Through the successes of our major divisional offices we have grown to become one of <br />the largest general building contractor's in the United <br />States with annual revenues exceeding $750 million. <br />We feel that we can be of great benefit on this <br />particular assignment because of our extensive <br />experience with commercial construction. In fact, in <br />the past 10 years alone we have completed nearly <br />$1.6 billion of this specific project type in various <br />areas of the county. <br />Our Florida Division, in particular, has constructed a <br />number of notable office facilities for clients which <br />include the City of Port St. Lucie, Motorola, United <br />Parcel Service, South Florida Water Management, <br />and Florida Power & Light. <br />The magnitude of our assignments have ranged in <br />both size and complexity and include mid and high - <br />rise structures, campus style facilities, class "A" <br />office buildings, warehouse and distribution centers, <br />flex and spec space. <br />We find it pertinent to note that we also have a very successful working relationship your <br />architect, Spillis Candela DMJM. Together, we built a 3 story, 146,290 square foot <br />headquarters for South Florida Water Management in West Palm Beach.
