We can accompany regional regulatory personnel during an inspec- <br />tion or prepare a self- audit /self - disclosure in lieu of a regulatory visit. Calvin, <br />Giordano & Associates can assist to develop remedial measures and schedules <br />to correct any deficiencies found during the evaluation. This may provide benefit <br />to the City of Sunny Isles Beach in terms of reducing or eliminating any penalties <br />and providing for a more flexible remedial action schedule if remedial action is <br />warranted. <br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. has prepared master utility plans for water, <br />sewer, and drainage systems. These plans have also been implemented by <br />performing the design of these master plans and assisted with construction <br />management and implementation of these plans. Calvin, Giordano & Associates <br />has done this with several municipalities and utility development districts in the <br />South Florida area including the City of Pembroke Pines, the City of Weston, the <br />Indian Trace Community Development District, and the South Broward Drainage <br />District. <br />State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Services <br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. has also been successful in obtaining State <br />Revolving Fund (SRF) loans for various municipalities. Our firm has been <br />involved in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grants and <br />Revolving Loan programs since 1983. Calvin, Giordano & Associates has <br />successfully prepared and approved 201 facilities planning documents as well as <br />201 facilities amendments.
