SECTION 00510 <br />NOTICE OF AWARD <br />TO: <br />PROTECT DESCRIPTION: Sidewalk Improvements Project, Atlantic Blvd. /183 St., Project No. 02- 04 -01, in <br />accordance with Plans and Contract Documents as prepared by Marlin Engineering, Inc., Prime Consultant. <br />and <br />The CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH has considered the Bid submitted by you for the above described WORK in <br />response to its Advertisement for Bid and Instruction to BIDDERS. <br />You are hereby notified that your Bid has been accepted for the construction of Sidewalk Improvements Project, <br />Atlantic Blvd. /183 St., Project No. 02- 04 -01, in the lump sum amount of <br />You are required by the Instruction to BIDDERS to execute the Agreement and furnish the required <br />CONTRACTOR'S Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance within ten (10) days from the <br />date of this Notice to you. <br />If you fail to execute said Agreement and to furnish said Bonds within ten (10) days from the date of this Notice, said <br />CITY will be entitled to disqualify the Bid, revoke the award and retain the Bid Security. <br />BY: <br />TITLE: CITY MANAGER <br />Dated this day of 20 <br />00510-1 <br />
