SECTION 01290 <br />PROCESSING OF APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br />Cut -off date is the close of the Work day of the 20th day of each month. <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit by the 25th day of each month CONTRACTOR's completed Application and for Payment. <br />Should the 25th fall on a weekend or holiday, CONTRACTOR shall submit his application on the next workday. <br />CONTRACTOR is advised that processing of draws must follow this schedule, as the OWNER has funding requirements <br />and other payment obligations which may prevent payment of late Application for Payment for that month's billing cycle. <br />Late Application for Payment with a Recommendation for Payment by the CITY will be paid in the next month's billing <br />cycle. <br />END OF SECTION <br />01290-1 <br />
