Bids received after this time will riot be accepted. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. A mandatory Pre -Bid Confer ence is scheduled for 10:00 a-m_, Friday, December 10, 2004 at the S■•nny Isle Lego! Notice Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. All contractors planning to submit a bid are required to attend this meeting. Contractors should allow sufficient time to ensure arrival prior to the indicated time.
