Cleaning Systems, Inc. is now in compliance with Section 5.3 of Bid No. 04- 10 -01, <br />which states "the successful bidder shall supply a Performance Bond for 110% of the <br />Contract Price for one year of the contract made payable to the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />within five (5) days of notification of award of contract, which shall stay in effect for the <br />duration of the contract."
