Provide complete information for product specified. <br />1.08 SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE <br />12/04 <br />A. Submit two copies of preliminary draft of proposed formats and outlines of contents of <br />Operation and Maintenance Manuals within 30 days after Notice to Proceed. <br />1. The Engineer will review the preliminary draft and return one copy with <br />comments. <br />B. Submit two copies of completed data in final form no later than 30 days following the <br />Engineer's review of the last shop drawing and submittal specified under Section 01340. <br />1. One copy will be returned with comments to be incorporated into final copies. <br />C. Submit specified number of copies of approved data in final form directly to the offices <br />of the Engineer, Calvin, Giordano within 30 calendar days of product shipment to the <br />project site and preferably within 30 days after the reviewed copy is received. <br />D. Submit six copies of addendum to the operation and maintenance manuals as applicable <br />and certificates as specified in paragraph I.0113 of Section 01030 within 30 days after <br />final inspection and plant start-up test. <br />E. Final Operation and Maintenance submittals shall be in large three ring binders <br />organized by specification Section and plainly marked per paragraph 1.04(C). <br />01730 -6 04 -4801 <br />
