TABLE 01730 <br />O & M REVIEW CHECKLIST <br />EQUIPMENT SUBMITTED DATE OF SUBMITTAL <br />MANUFACTURER DEGREE OF APPROVAL <br />SPECIFICATION SECTION DRAWING NUMBER <br />Is submittal correct for model /series /configuration originally submitted with shop <br />Is binding correct with assigned color /printing etc.? <br />(Pertains to final three volumes) <br />Is submittal properly indexed? <br />Does submittal pertain only to equipment being furnished? <br />Is submittal easily understood and instructively arranged? <br />Does submittal include start-up, shutdown and trouble- shooting procedures? <br />Are sufficient drawings and schematics included to supplement written descriptions? <br />Is listing of name plate data for each piece of equipment supplied provided and attached? <br />Are all drawings provided printed on paper which is 11 inches high and folded to 8 1/2 <br />inches wide? <br />Is proper and complete instruction for servicing included? <br />Is there a suggested operating log sheet for equipment? <br />Is schedule for lubrication provided? <br />Is there a recommended preventative maintenance schedule? <br />Are necessary safety precautions clearly indicated where they relate to the equipment? <br />Is area representative information provided, i.e., Name, Address, Telephone Number? <br />Are specified spare parts indicated and listed? <br />The following are points of rejection necessitating resubmittal by Contractor: <br />END OF SECTION <br />12/04 01730 -8 04 -4801 <br />
