fNNY II,E <br /> r <br /> `,•• -`°�= AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br /> °I ,� MIAMI CHRISTMAS LIGHTS <br /> CONTRACT NO. C5607-1617-012 <br /> THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") <br /> is made in duplicate, this 10 day of November, 2016, by and between the CITY OF SUNNY <br /> ISLES BEACH, Florida, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and MIAMI CHRISTMAS <br /> LIGHTS, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Contractor") whose Federal I.D. # is - . The City <br /> and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor is a qualified seasonal decor firm; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to employ Contractor to install holiday lights and <br /> decorations at Heritage Park as well as other tasks ("Services") as more specifically described in <br /> Attachment "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor is qualified, willing and able to provide the desired Services <br /> on the terms and conditions set forth herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an Agreement with Contractor to provide the <br /> Services in a total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars <br /> ($195,000.00) for the duration of the term, as more particularly described in attached Attachment <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants herein <br /> name, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. RECITALS. The Recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated into this Agreement <br /> and made a part of hereof for reference. <br /> 2. SERVICES. Contractor shall install, and maintain holiday decorations at Heritage Park by <br /> December 2, 2016, for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, November 27, 2017 for Fiscal Year 2017- <br /> 2018, and November 26, 2018 for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, and remove the holiday <br /> decorations no later than January 31, 2017 for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, January 31, 2018 for <br /> Fiscal Year 2017-2018, and January 31, 2019 for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, and perform all <br /> other Services, as provided in Attachment "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. The Services shall be performed by Contractor to the full satisfaction of <br /> the City. <br /> 3. TERM. This Agreement shall commence upon the execution of this Agreement and <br /> shall terminate no later than January 31, 2019 ("Term"). <br /> Exhibit "A" S 1 B <br />
