Russo <br /> Vice Mayor Jeanette Gatto City Attorney Hans Ottinot <br /> Commissioner Isaac Aelion Deputy City Clerk Mauricio Betancur, CMC <br /> Commissioner Dana Goldman Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br /> Commissioner Jennifer Levin Deputy City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/INVOCATION <br /> Action: Finance Director Audra Curts-Whann led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag, and <br /> City Manager Russo gave the invocation. <br /> Vice Mayor Gatto gave opening remarks of decorum, and noted Mayor Scholl is not here <br /> tonight as he is not feeling well. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Special City Commission Meeting— 1St Budget Hearing September 6, 2016. <br /> Action: [City Clerk's Note: Item 3A was heard with Items 3B and 3C1 Commissioner <br /> Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the above <br /> mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 4-0-1 <br /> [Mayor Scholl absent] in favor. <br /> 3B. Special City Commission Meeting—2nd Budget Hearing September 15, 2016. <br /> Action: [City Clerk's Note: Item 3B was heard with Items 3A and 3C.] Commissioner <br /> Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the above <br /> mentioned Summary Minutes.
