DOCUMENT 00403 <br />TRENCH SAFETY ACT <br />(90 -96, Laws of Florida) <br />Bidder acknowledges that included in the appropriate bid items of the proposal and in the Total Bid Price <br />are costs for complying with the Florida Trench Safety Act (90 -96, Laws of Florida) effective October 1, <br />1990.
