SECTION 00020 <br />NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION of THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified. <br />BEACH ACCESS SIGNS <br />CGA Project No. 03- 4122.E <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 06 -06 -01 <br />Sealed bids for the construction of the Beach Access Signs consisting of the <br />furnishing and installation of Beach Access Signs in accordance with requirements <br />of the Contract Documents will be received by the Owner, City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed <br />bids will be received by the City Clerk until 11:00 am, on Thursday, June 29, 2006 <br />at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny <br />' Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Bids received after this time will be returned <br />unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. <br />A Pre -Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida, 33160, (305) 947 -0606. Attendance to the meeting is not <br />mandatory but highly recommended. <br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 at no cost. <br />Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. <br />Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, at the <br />above - referenced address. <br />tBid security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Total Bid or $5,000.00, <br />whichever is less, must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to <br />Bidders. <br />05/06 <br />00020 -1 <br />03-4122.E <br />
