E. Record Sample Submitted: Immediately prior to the date or dates of <br />Substantial Completion, the Contractor will meet at the site with the <br />Engineer and the Owner to determine which of the submitted Samples <br />that have been maintained during progress of the Work are to be <br />transmitted to the Owner for record purposes. Comply with delivery to the <br />Owner's Sample storage area. <br />F. Miscellaneous Record Submittals: Refer to other Specification Sections <br />for requirements of miscellaneous record - keeping and submittals in <br />connection with actual performance of the Work. <br />G. At Contract close -out, deliver one copy of Record Documents to Engineer <br />for Owner. Accompany submittal with transmittal letter in duplicate <br />containing the following information: <br />1. Date. <br />2. Project title and number. <br />3. Contractor's name and address. <br />4. Title and number of each Record Document. <br />5. Signature of Contractor or his authorized representative. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Applicable) <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 FINAL CLEANING <br />A. Remove temporary protection and facilities installed for protection of the <br />Work during construction. <br />B. Comply with regulations of authorities having jurisdiction and safety <br />standards for cleaning. Do not burn waste materials. Do not bury debris <br />or excess materials on the Owner's property. Do not discharge volatile, <br />harmful or dangerous materials into drainage systems. Remove waste <br />materials from the site and dispose of in a lawful manner. <br />C. Where extra materials of value remaining after completion of associated <br />Work have become the Owner's property, arrange for disposition of these <br />materials as directed. <br />END OF SECTION <br />07/06 01700 -5 05 -5564 <br />
